Consuelo Wagner, an unemployed of #21 Neal Pen Road in Belize City reported that her daughter Kimberly Tasher, a 19 year old unemployed of the same address, left home on the 31.01.11 at 3:00pm en route to Orange Walk District or Cotton Tree, Cayo District and has not returned since. Kimberly is of fair complexion, slim built, about 4’5” in height, weighs about 120lbs, short hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt, long blue pants and a pair of green slippers.Kimberly is 3 months pregnant and suspected to be with her father Wilford Tasher, who is a resident of Cotton Tree Village, Cayo District. Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Kimberly Tasher is asked to contact the nearest Police Station.

Mateo Cruz, a 37 year old accountant of Belize City, reported that between 7.02.11 and 8:02.11 his car was broken into whilst parked on the street in front of his house. The following was stolen: one black in color Jensen brand stereo with remote control, one grey in color audio pipe amplifier, one gray in color audio pipe brand speaker box with two 12” 2000 watts speakers. Police investigations continue.

On the 7.2.11 at about 7:45 pm, police responded to a shooting incident report at the residence of Jaime Headman, a 34 year old money changer of San Joaquin Village in the Corozal District, where Elva Headman, a 27 year old housewife, reported that at 7:30pm she heard someone calling outside her house and as a result went out on the veranda. She saw a Short Hispanic descent male by their gate that was closed. She went back inside to go get her husband Jamie Headman.Headman, went out on the veranda and shortly after she heard what sounded like gunshots. Elva ran out and found Jaimelying on the veranda suffering from injuries and saw the Hispanic male get into a red in color truck that was parked infront of her gate and sped off. Jaime Headman was transported to the Corozal Community Hospital and later to the Belize Medical Associates in Belize City for further treatment in a critical but stable condition.

On the 6.02.11, Police visited #3637 Unity Street in Belize City where they saw an elevated wooden house belonging to Falet Thurton engulfed in flames. Initial investigations revealed that at 10:00am Julie Thurton, a 32 year old of the above mentioned address, reported that she was home when she saw her mother’s house located behind her house engulfed in flames. The house and its contents were completely destroyed. The house had no electricity and was unoccupied at the time. The value of the house is unknown and was not insured. The cause of the fire has not yet been ascertained. Police investigations continue.

On Saturday the 5th of February 2011 at about 5:00am, C.I.B personnel visited the emergency area at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital, where they saw BYRON JEFFORDS, a 17 year old laborer of Belize City, suffering from one apparent gunshot wound to his left leg. Initial investigation revealed that on Saturday the 5th of February 2011 at about 4:15amJEFFORDS was walking alone on Berkeley Street, when a male person of dark complexion exited an alley off Berkeley Street and fired several shots at him causing his injury. JEFFORDS is admitted to ward in a stable condition. Police are looking for EUSTES SMITH in connection with this report.

Belize City police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a shooting incident that claimed the lives of two Belize City men. On Friday the 4th of February 2011, at about 6:18pm, CIB personnel visited the K.H.M.H A&E section. When they arrivedl they saw the lifeless bodies of IAN MARTINEZ, a 34 year old Mechanic of #44 Gill Street, and DANIEL PUERTO, a 17 year old Construction worker of #1774 Tibruce Street. Martinez was observed with apparent gunshot wounds to the neck, right lower rib cage and left shoulder. Daniel was observed with apparent gunshot wounds to the neck, left leg, right side of the back and left hand. Both men were pronounced dead on arrival at 6:15pm by a Medical Officer.

On the 3/2/11 at 6:30pm John MORGAN, a 44 year Sculptor of #28 Warrie Street in Belize City, reported that on the 3/2/11 at 4:02pm he was on North Front Street when he had a misunderstanding with a Hispanic male person. There was an exchange of words when the person he was having the altercation with produced a firearm and fired a single shot at him, but missed. Police are now looking for Mark ALAMILLA in connection with this report.

Police visited the K.H.M.H. at about 4:45am on the 2.2.11 where they saw Denfield Carr, a 41 year old laborer of Belize City, suffering from two apparent gunshot wounds to the lower part of his back. Initial investigations revealed that Carr was sleeping under an abandoned house at #33 Wagner’s Lane, when a male person, known to him as YANKEE, approached the house and threw a lit bottle containing some liquid on the stairs. As a result, one of the steps to partially burnt. Upon seeing this Carr started to run, but YANKEE fired four shots in his direction causing the injuries. Yankee then made good his escape. Police are looking for JERMAINE ARNOLD in connection with this report.

Arturo Martinez, businessman and owner of Enrique Martinez and Sons Ltd., reported that on the 05.01.11 he was at his business place when Leroy Babb purchased $7,061.63bcy worth of assorted Air Condition units and paid with a Belize Bank cheque post dated for 11.01.11. Martinez stated that on the 18.01.11 he went to cash the cheque when he was informed that the account has no funds. Police are looking for Leroy Babb for questioning.
